In appreciation of CollegeHumor's "Game Changer" game show

Nothing too analysis-y today! I just wanted to share my love of CollegeHumor’s Game Changer, their YouTube game show where the rules change every time, and the contestants (who are always CollegeHumor writers and cast members) have to figure out the rules as they go along. It’s a very fun premise, Sam Reich is a very good host, and it’s great to see everyone involved mess with each other a little (or a lot).

So how does the came change each time? Well, there’s the one where the contestants have to do increasingly specific impressions:

The game where they’ve obtained a “lie detector”:

And the one where the whole show turns into a murder mystery:

I like Game Changer so much that I actually subscribed to CollegeHumor’s streaming service Dropout just so I could watch the non-free episodes (and so far, I’m very pleased with my purchase!).

I was thrilled to see that they’re still continuing Game Changer through quarantine, as their latest episode has the contestants trying to figure out how to respond to, “Tell me about yourself.” I wish there were new episodes of this show five days a week, like Jeopardy!
